What I can and can't do
SMART stands for Small, Medium And Repeatable Techniques. It fixes a lot — but not everything, and I'll say so.
Exterior SMART scratch / defect repair
£300 +/–
For small scratches that have gone through the clear coat to the base coat, metal or primer. Book at least a week ahead — the paint has to be colour-matched and ordered. Where filler is involved it takes two sessions because of curing times. Includes an exterior detail. I am not a body shop and I'll tell you when something needs one.
SMART alloy repair
£100 per alloy
Sanding, filler and re-spray. This does not cover diamond-cut or powder-coated finishes — a body shop typically charges around £400 a wheel for those. I'd recommend having the wheels rebalanced afterwards, usually £8–£15 a wheel at a garage.
Badge removal
£100
De-badged and then machine polished so there's no outline, adhesive or ghosting left where the badge used to sit.
Vinyl / sticker removal
£100–£500
Removing printed signage and vinyl from vehicles. Priced on how much there is to come off. For the best result book it alongside an exterior detail — do that and you get 25% off the detail.
